For coaches who are working towards either ACC or PCC accreditation, or who are already accredited and are looking to renew their credential.
ICF mentor coaching is a collaborative journey designed to enhance your coaching capabilities (ICF)
The purpose of mentor coaching is to:
-
receive specific and constructive feedback on your coaching
-
deepen your understanding of the ICF competencies
-
support your ongoing professional development as a coach
How I can help
As a qualified ICF PCC assessor and ACC and PCC Mentor Coach Specialist, I review and provide mentoring on coaching conversations for coaches working towards or renewing ACC and PCC accreditation.
I offer 1:1 mentor coaching as
-
10 1-hour sessions to be used over a minimum of 3 months
-
3 1-hour sessions for those who have already received 7 hours of group mentor coaching
-
Ad-hoc sessions booked on an as-needed basis
I also provide group mentoring (details on request).
All mentoring is aligned with the ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies 2024, and documented as required by the ICF for when the
Performance Evaluation is superseded in April 2027.
Regarding Re-accreditation
ACC-accredited coaches require 10 hours of mentor coaching for re-accreditation at ACC level.
The ICF will accept up to 10 hours of mentor coaching towards the 40 CCEs required for re-accreditation at any level.
